I think I found a protein solution!

Baked beans! Just plain old Bush's or Campbell's baked beans. I rinse them off so they are not so gloppy and he LOVES them. It's still pretty messy, so we use his Bumkins smock.

Phew! I was getting worried. I gave him a little bit of shredded turkey breast yesterday and he refused it repeatedly. Still no tofu (Kate, I would love those custard recipes if you find them and the time). And now he won't eat eggs, which I am not overly upset about because I can barely stand the smell of them. :)

I'm sure I'll wonder about my excitement when I change his next dipe...:D

Abbyy loves baked beans, too. It's not so bad, diaper-wise. If you can survive blueberries, you can survive anything.
