i just called avent customer service because my isis pump was cracked. (i think it is pretty clear that DH or i screwed it together too tight and cracked it.) so when i called about how to get it replaced, i was working on my sad story to be sure i got it free...
i told the service rep that it was cracked, she asked for my name and address and said, "ok, i will take care of that. you will see it in about a week!!!"
no questions asked. just mailing me the new parts...
AND ds woke up early from a nap, but then put himself back to sleep in 2 minutes. what a great day... i must have won some kind of happy baby day prize.
