Pumping at Work and Reading this Board

Okay, I have to admit, I love reading this particular board when I am pumping at work. Reading about bf'ing and pumping really helps my two letdowns come so much faster and more efficiently; I almost can't read this board when I'm not pumping! :p

I just got back from our Lactation Room, which is great, but no 'puter! Do you guys have the hands-free contraption? I do good just not to spill all over myself using both hands on the darned horns.

Ditto on a Mother's Room without a computer. I print out threads and read them as I juggle the horns.

Is there a good hands-free way to pump?

I too pump at work in front. I attach a paperclip to a rubber band. Then I slipped the rubber band around the horn and attach the rubberbanc to the hook of my nursing bra. Sometimes I use the paperclip to attach to hook and eye on bra or plastic hook, or else just loop rubber band on plastic hook.

Stretch the rubber bands out first!

I pumped til 13 mos rather than 14 just to keep reading the boards while I pumped! (now i still read and don't pump...don't tell...)
