avocado...how much???

I am going to try avocado w/ Diego this week. He normally get his new food in the AM and eats .5 jar w/ and then a 6 oz bottle.

In the evening he eats alot more but that is food I know agrees w/ him.

How much avocado....a fifth maybe??? With a few tablespoons of formula? Thanks.

I think I started DD with maybe a 1/3 of an avocado? Thet aren't very big once you get it all mashed up.

Billy started avocado last week and I started with a third but ended up giving him half of it....no problems :)

I also started with about a third, but I think DS could eat the whole thing if I let him, LOL. He LOVES avocadoes! It is his favorite food so far. HTH.
