Getting to Whole Foods is easier said then done with my work schedule and Jude's sleeping schedule. Is there an on-line place any of you use? Does GNC sell it? I checked at Trader Joes and they did not have it.

Is there a dosage I should look for? I hate swallowing pills!

In Chicago, you can get it at Merz Apothecary in Lincoln Square -- I don't think the Merz outlet in Field's will have it. The web address is http://www.smallflower.com It comes in capsules, so you can just open the capsule and sprinkle it in food or water or something, although it tastes nasty. I've also heard of people doing a tincture of fenugreek, which is taking the essence (which you can get at Whole Foods) and putting it under your tongue. However, the bottle I found did not recommend it for BFing mothers, which confused me. But if you go to Merz, you can ask them about this. They are very knowledgeable there about homeopathic remedies. hth

Try http://www.VitaminShoppe.com. I saw it listed but then ended up getting it in the store.
