In my quest for new nursing bras, I checked out the Medela website and they are advertising a new pump: the PIS advanced. I already have the traveler which I'm pretty happy with butI am just wondering what's new on the PIS advanced. Anyone check it out IRL?

Not IRL, but I asked my LC about it because I just purchased a Traveler. According to her, it's similar to the Symphony pump which was developed especially for preemies, etc. She told me that I could get a similar effect by starting out with the pump on high speed and low suction and then switching over to a slower speed and more suction. Of course, I already knew this thanks to the experts here (I believe it was Lori/Momof3labs) who should be LCs themselves!
