I never really pump so I'm not sure what EBM really looks like. Last night I pumped 3 oz to have on hand for our first cereal tomorrow...we were supposed to start today, but DH couldn't be home to watch so we are waiting until tomorrow. Anyway, it's really watery...more than my other EBM has ever been. I'm thinking it's because I was engorged because I goofed and fed Kayla on the right twice and my left blew up. I had to pump to relieve myself and maybe there was just too much liquid and not enough fat...I dunno. After refrigeration there is hardly any fat on top. Is this ok? Should I use more fatty EBM in the cereal? Does any of this matter? Will the EBM stay in the fridge until tomorrow or should I dump it? Should I dump it anyway because it was watery? Did I type enough questions?
TIA!
