You could call tomorrow (since the weekend is coming) but honestly, even 10 days is still normal.

Have you tried the old taking the rectal temp trick to try to help things along?

I'd call the pediatrician now to put your mind at ease. I don't really think it's anything to worry about, but you would probably feel much better after the doctor gives you advice. Pediatricians are so used to parents calling with concerns; I'm sure they've had parents call after 1 day without a BM!
