TMI - Blister on nipple??

This am after pumping I discovered a blister on my nipple that is fairly painful. I hadn't noticed it last night after showering. I always thought a "milk blister" was white or milky colored. This one was clear. No other symptoms (ie: plugged duct), just sore nipple. I was going to head out and buy some soothies, but was just wondering whether anyone else had any experience with this?

yes, i think that's what i have right now. mine's white. actually have had it for more than a month now. none of the treatments i've tried have worked unfortunately. i'm getting frustrated.
