Remind me never to do this again

All I needed to do was give my body a small boost in supply b/c I was barely pumping enough for dd's dc needs (some days I made it, other days I was a few ounces short). I started taking Fenugreek (sp?) last Wednesday, and nothing happened until the weekend - WHEN I WASN'T PUMPING!!!! OUCH!!!! :o I had to pump anyway to relieve the engorgement. Of course I was brilliant and took three capsules three times a day... I was worried it wouldn't work... I'm not taking it today! LOL I'm doing my first pump of the day, and I almost have enough for all of dd's dc bottles tomorrow. Yikes. This was more than I bargained for. Well, at least I'll be able to start freezing milk again (my "insurance").

Well it's good to hear it works! Actually I think it's great that you had such a boost in supply. I'll keep that in mind if I ever need a good ole' milk boost!

Good for you! I tried it and got nothing - no increase in supply but it did restart but my period :(

Do you notice that your body odor now resembles maple syrup? I only take 2 fgk a day and I always notice it. You must smell VERY sweet! :)

I started with 3caps/3times a day with 620 mg each capsule. *Now* I'm taking 1 cap/3 times a day!
