Does this sound like a growth spurt or illness?

My daughter is 12 weeks old. Just this week she's started to want to nurse every 2 hours or less (she also started sleeping longer at night with fewer feedings). However, she's also way more sleepy than usual, despite her longer night sleep (she usually doesnt nap at all & today she napped twice already) and also pretty grumpy after her naps. She doesnt appear to have a fever.

Does this sound like a growth spurt or might it be some kind of illness?

I didn't have to read past your first sentence. There is a huge growth spurt at 12 weeks, and it sounds like you are right in the middle of it!
