View Full Version : Freeze EBM in Medela bottle?

I usually freeze in the Medela CSF bags, but I pumped into a bottle and then was too lazy to transfer, so I stuck the bottle in the freezer. Am I going to be sorry? Does it ruin the milk or the bottle?

No, it should be fine in the bottle and then you can just attach the nipple directly to the bottle once it's thawed.
