Anna or EZ 2 Nurse Twin Breast Feeding Pillows

Does anyone have any experience with the Anna Pillow? I am due with twins in a couple of months and I am trying to decide between this and the EZ 2 Nurse Twin pillow. I think the Anna pillow seems great because of the adjustable height but it seems like the EZ 2 nurse is really popular. Here is the link for info on the anna pillow:
