I received my Spanx Bra a few days ago, and thought I would post a review for all to see....

First, I am 4 months along with twins and I am normally a 38D, but my breasts have increased at least a full cup size since
I got pregnant. I was also aware that my chest will expand once I get further along, so I ordered a 40D/DD.

Observations:
1. The bra has no clips, snaps, etc. It looks and feels much like pantyhose. You step into it to put it on. It is not a sports bra
though, it does lift and separate each breast on its own - my breasts are not mushed together.
2. It fits quite big in both cup and band size. As I said, I am now larger than a DD, but the D/DD fits me well.
3. It is unbelievably comfy! I can not say this enough. I seriously have never had a more comfy bra! I am almost wearing it
24/7 and haven't had any problems at all. I have slept in it for several nights, and prefer it to the sports bras I had been sleeping in
before - no tight spandex to make me sweat and my breasts stay more separated.
4. It is not great for support, for my larger breasts. This bra may be better suited for a smaller chest size. I would not wear this bra
under a tight fitting shirt, for example, as my breasts aren't as supported as they are in my regular bras. It would be fine under
loose shirts or sweaters, though.
5. I anticipate that I will still be able to wear it for nursing, as the bra is flexible enough that I could just pull it beneath my breast.

Overall, I give the Spanx bra 8/10. If my breasts were smaller, I could probably give it a 9 or 10.
