How do you know if you have qualified for a free one? Enough people said they were using my code that I should be getting a free one. Should I just call them perhaps?

A few weeks after the third one was ordered with my code, I got an email from them saying I had earned a free one. Maybe they only see who earned a free one once a month? It was a few weeks later though!
