Anyone ever hear of these or personally use one? Looks comfy. My L&D with my DD was 45 mins from the time I walked into the hospital until I had her that I don't think I would have even remembered to put this on but I'm thinking maybe this time around it might be nice to have:

This is a great idea! Kind of expensive for what it is, though... I am trying to find something similar.

A synthetic version would be ideal -- something that dries quickly so you could wear it into the tub if you wished. Also, synthetics don't hold stains like natural fabrics.

Wouldn't any skirt work then?

I just wore a sarong at the birthing center, and plan to get another for this time around. It was very comfy tied under the belly for the last weeks of pregnancy, too.

I don't know; by the time I was on that table, I didn't really care what I was wearing. In fact, the med student who snapped a photo of the 3 of us immediately after Rose's birth had to pull the gown down so it covered more of my crotch after birth. I couldn't feel it and didn't care!

I'm with Caroline. I think $42 for something that you just wear for a few hours (hopefully) seems kind of crazy (sorry, not the right word, but you get my drift).
