I live in Gap demi-panel pants. They're a little pricey, but they usually have decent sales if you wait long enough.

I had a couple pair of Land's End underbelly maternity jeans/pants that were great. They had a lot of maternity stuff in their overstocks clearance site recently, so you might want to look there as you could probably get some great deals.

I like the Old Navy jeans--both the ones with the stretchy waist band for underbelly, and surprisingly the "real-waist" jeans that have adjustable elastic in the waist so you can wear them at whatever tummy level you find comfy. I also like that they don't look like maternity jeans when peaking out from under your tee-shirt. Right now all their jeans are on sale.

They are on sale for about 30% off, I think and they are a good quality upscale designer of materniaty wear. I had some of their clothing for my last pregnancy.
