All of my regular socks have become way too tight on my leg to the point of leaving marks. So what are you wearing? I tried my husband's but still too tight? Do I need to look for plus size socks? TIA

Are they uncomfortable, or just leaving marks? Swelling in the lower legs is extremely common during pg, and if you have even a little bit of edema, all socks will leave a mark. In the past couple weeks, I've had a tiny amount of edema. I still have trim, girlish ankles ;) but I noticed that ALL my socks were leaving horrible marks by the end of the day. If it's not uncomfy, don't worry about it too much. If it is uncomfy, try a lighter-weight sock (like a trouser sock) that doesn't have to "grip" as much. It will still leave a mark, but will probably bother you less. HTH!

I always swore after my first pregnancy that I was going to make a fortune designing maternity socks!

I think I saw that Spanx is making socks these days. Would they work?

Good luck! I HATED that!

I had that problem during pregnancy, but I also have that problem normally. If you really want, you can find either diabetic socks (eBay usually has the best prices or I've found them at discount/dollar stores). There also are plus size socks. I've found some pretty cute ones at the Elizabeth outlet store (plus size Liz Claiborne) and they're not so huge they won't work when your ankles are back to normal.
