I just stopped in Penney's and they're having a very nice sale on clothes to be worn now. I live in Minnesota, so I'm still looking for winter clothes and I got some great deals! Two sweaters for $7 and a nice, wool skirt for only $5!!
Their website does not reflect this at all, so they must be trying to clear out the stores for spring items.
