Blue Canoe bra with nursing pads??

I've read alot about the Blue Canoe bras - I really like the look of the embroidered Jane one. Has anyone had any experience using this bra with nursing pads? I bought a cheapy (Warner's) wrap-style bra similar to the Jane and when I put the pads in they just slipped all over the place! DD has been nursing for 6 months now and still I leak, especially when she has long sleeps (she's been known to go 14 hours - ouch). I'd appreciate any input!
