Chaco Help!!

I bought a pair of Chaco Zongs, thinking they are going to be comfy enough to wear all day walking. I have heard such great things about them. Well I can't seem to get mine to adjust right and they are too tight in some places (I have average to narrow feet) Any tips? Could they just be wrong for me, or am I not doing something right.

Please help ;-) I want these to work. I walk everywhere (no car) so I have to have great shoes.

I tried them on at the store and had the same problem. They are not for me. I have narrow feet too so I was surprised that they didn't work. Oh well.
