Work appropriate summer shoes?

Does anyone have a recommendation for cute and comfortable summer shoes for work? I would wear my Tevas everyday if I could, but they're too casual for work. :) My boss doesn't really care since it's just me and her in the office. Still, I don't want to fall in the habit of dressing ultra casual all the time.

Anyway, I'm looking for something I can wear with skirts and cropped pants. Plus they need to be comfortable for long walks around block. I made the mistake of walking with my slides today. Ouch, blister-city!

I recommend checking out Easy Spirit or perhaps Naturalizer. Surprisingly, they have some cute styles of shoes and they are very comfy. I am wearing a pair of Easy Spirit wedges today at work that I bought last year and they fit the bill for what you are looking for. People compliment my shoes often and they are really surprised when I tell them they are "Easy Spirit". They have stores in malls too so you can check out the styles in person.
