Ugh...I've thought about posting this for a long time but finally have admitted the terrible truth, my days of comfortable bra fitting seem to be long over. Extended nursing of two almost back to back seems to have taken a bit of a toll on my figure (that and a few more years! :) )

I'm stretching it to try and make a 32A fit well...sigh...I've tried cami's with a shelf bra but they do nothing to help enhance the bit nothing I have. I would be fine with a little bit of padding to try and give me some curve but bras with some cup molding or padding don't seem comfortable, kind of sliding around.

Are there such things as tanks with built in bras for small sizes to help pretend I have some shape??

Any one else in the predicament?

I buy Lily of France ones, the ones with lots of padding!
I'm with ya...I'm a AA cup, and it sucks to see pre-pubescent teens have more than me! :(

I would go to Victorias Secret and have them size you and help you find bras that fell good and fit properly! I believe you can do this at a nordstroms store as well!

LOL! I KNOW what you mean!

I'll check out Lily of France since I haven't tried those yet. What I am really interested in finding are some camis or tanks with bras built in that are comfy. Anyone know of any of those?

I recently bought some Maidenform (I think) bras from Costco (3 for like $26.99 or something), and i've been happy with them. It's kind of funny/strange to buy lingerie from Costco... I think I've become my mother/grandmother! :)

For tanks, I actually find shelf bras to work just fine for my less-then-well-endowed figure. I think I have a J. Jill one that I like, and Costco recently had two-packs from Lady Hathaway that are comfy.

I also have the Maidenform bras. They're stretchy and not really sized normally (I think they were S-M-L? both S and M fit me), but very comfy and look nicer than the old sports-bra style bras I was wearing!

I'll fess up to being jealous. I want my A cups back. After Toby I for some stupid reason am holding on to something bigger than a B, just smaller than a C. I hate it. So the grass is always greener I guess. When I was an A-cup I had good luck with this bra:

and this one:

****Rocking out while parenting my smart little munchkin Toby. Just trying to do good in the world, a little at a time. Words to live by: it is *never* the wrong time to do the right thing :)

I found camis with actual bras! Unfortunately they are not for small sizes (like myself as well) just 34-40 B,C,D. and they are ridiculously expensive. but finding these proved they exist!

www.acaciacatalog.com Solutions Camisoles $49

items 50152, 50153, 50384, 50385

I know this doesn't help but more must be out there somewhere...

ETA: the whole link - duh

i wear 32A, but am a bit smaller...i LOVE these two bras;

http://www2.victoriassecret.com/commerce/application/prodDisplay/?namespace=productDisplay&origin=onlineProductDisplay.jsp&event=display&prnbr=ZP-192480&page=1&cgname=OSBRPSTPZZZ&rfnbr=2784

and this
http://www.gap.com/browse/product.do?cid=35210&pid=400840

both are pretty much the same bra...different brands. i like that they are convertible style so that i don't have to search for a strapless too.

it looks like gap also makes a padded bandeau convertible bra that looks quite comfy...i'll have to order one of those once i'm done nursing.

Does anyone know of a good nursing bra for small sizes. If so what size did you get. Prepregnancy i was 34A and then early pregnancy I went up to 36B but I've only gained 3 pounds in my 2nd and 3rd trimesters (I'm 35 weeks now) so I'm back down to a 36A. I have no idea what size to buy or what kind is comfortable. I dont need alot of support and most of the reviews are Ive seen are from like DD or G or H cupped women so they dont help that much.

I am a fan of the target nursing tanks. Right price (less than $20 the last time I looked a couple of years ago) and your post-partum belly is covered while nursing!! A few years back they were running small, so I got a medium, don't know how the sizing is now for us in the A-cup crowd. :-)

good luck.

I am very small breasted as well and understand.

Here's a couple of options for you:

1. www.barenecessities.com You can search by size and there are some VERY small sizes on there.

2. Wacoal (also carried by Bare Necessities and availabe at Macy's and Nordstroms) makes bras for small breasted women. Check www.wacoal.com for their full line. I just saw gobs of them in Macy's yesterday.

3. Gap has a great bra (seamless push up) that I have in several colors in 32A.

I've never had any luck with camis/shelf bras.

I like the Elita crossover bra. I wear 1 size larger than my pre-pregnancy band size. http://www.figleaves.com/us/product.asp?product_id=ELT-8838&mci=&size=&colour=&image=r349603-p349610-front It also comes in cotton.

This catalog had lots of different camis--not cheap though.
