I don't have an official pregnancy pillow, but I bought this long tube like pillow from Sears Essentials that is wonderful. It is soft and fluffy and squishes down easily. I paid about 14.00 for it. With my other pregnancy I used a x-long pillow from Walmart. That worked out great. I am sure the pregnancy pillows are great, but they are expensive. You might want to try one of these options first. I have always slept great with all my pregnancies, and I credit it to the pillow.

I bought the pregnancy pillow from Target. I liked that it supported my head, gave my arms something to hold and fit between my knees and ankles (instead of using 3 different pillows). It helped me stick to sleeping on my left side rather than on my back. It is pricey, but I use it even after having my baby. I think it's called the snoogle. Loved it and would recommend it. The cover is washable (although a little challenging to put back on).
