I'm heading to the wedding of a former student on June 30th and I have no clue what to wear. It's in the 90s in Indy today so it should be hot. The wedding is at 4:30 but the reception is dinner and dancing. Do I dress for an afternoon or an evening wedding? I'm also 5 months pregnant. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I'd go evening but not overly formal. Nothing really fancy, just nice. I'd go for accessories to dress something more plain up more than going with a really dressy dress.

If the the invite said black tie then obviously go with more formal. Otherwise, I have been to lots of weddings in that time frame and have gotten buy with a black satiny, v-neck, mid calf dress for all of them and been just right.

This $96 dress has a really nice style that I could work at this point in pregnancy, weather and the event:

With sparkly jewelry this dress would be really nice too but it is expensive at $168:

This one could work and it is $96 (so slightly better than the last!) I think it could go day to night fine:

Again the right jewelry and shoes with this ATL dress for $64 would make it a perfect day to night dress:

This is a really plain $44 dress but maybe a shawl and accessories could perk it up:

I'm in Indy and had a 4:30 wedding with dinner and dancing. It was October, though, so we didn't have the heat. Most everyone came dressed for an evening wedding but it was mainly simple dresses that were accessorized.
