Need mat shorts -- cheep and comfy?

I bought these cargo shorts from Kohl's and have been living in them. I have them in khaki, which they don't seem to have on line. My shorts must not be on here b/c mine don't have the big panel in the waist, just a wider than average elastic waist band. But for 7 months a bigger panel would probably be OK. I like them because you can adjust the length, the style just works for me. On sale for $20.

The other shorts I live in are the $16.99 Liz Lange from Target. Very comfortable. A little plain but that's not a bad thing.

I have these from Khols and they are all I wear (only have one pair of shorts) I have the big panel and they are great. They only have them in Small and Med (I need large in these). Thanks for the tips!
