Fisher Price Swing 'n Meals

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the Fisher Price swing that converts to a high chair. It seems like a good deal. It runs about $99. Most of the swings seem to cost that much anyway but then we wouldn't have to spend any ore on purchasing a high chair. I'd love to know what your experiences have been. Is it easy to convert? Do you have to switch it back and forth a lot or once you start using it as a high chair has the baby grown out of using the swing? How is the quality? Thanks for any input you can give.
