Sunscreen for a 1 year old and 3 year old

Does anyone have a recommendation for a sunscreen for a 1 year old and for a 3 year old? We tried the Mustela -- which stains. Has anyone used the spray-on type or the colored ones (do they stain)? Thank you.

We use the Coppertone Oil Free and have been very happy. It was recommended by our dermatologist as a very good, non allergenic product. He's totally right. And I love that DS doesn't smell like sunscreen and isn't slimy so sand doesn't stick to him. It comes in all levels. I use 45 on DS.
