outdoor play set -- appropriate age?

hi,

my son will be one next week and his grandparents want a suggestion on a gift. my son is very active ... not yet walking but won't be long. are there any outdoor play sets that he could use now and grow with? or any other gift ideas?

check out the sets at the little tikes website - there are plenty that he can start with now and learn to use on his own as he grows...even though it says 3-6 i think a 1 yr old can start using it... also step 2 makes a cute toy for 1 1/2 and up
