My DD is now sitting up enough that we are putting her in the high chair for dinner, but she is only 5 months old and is still only getting breast milk. I want to buy the activity center and one of the tray covers for my prima pappa(mine didn't come with one). Any suggestions on where I could get the best deal?

I'm not familiar with the activity center for the PP chair, but one toy you might try (that's been mentioned a ton on these boards) is the Sassy Fascination Station. We use it on our high chair tray and it keeps Abbie pretty busy.

I've seen the activity tray on-line at:

http://shop.store.yahoo.com/radioflyer/pegperprimpa.html - $26.96, including shipping.

http://shop.store.yahoo.com/abc123toys/ppiacgbb00.html - $23.96, plus $5.28 shipping to Ohio

http://www.babystyle.com/common/dProductDetail.asp?PMId=6124&tf=2&siteid=LINKwfWgeRyJPcM-9W4q9Xqt7aDlqZi5p3J6iA - $19.00, plus $6.95 shipping

I haven't seen the removable dinner tray for sale by itself. I would call Peg Perego for info about purchasing this tray. HTH

FYI...
I purchased both the activity center and the dinner tray directly from Peg Perego's web site. I was REALLY disappointed with the quality of the toys on the activity center. Don't waste your money or get one cheaper on eBay!!!!!!!!! It looks like something from a dollar store and the toys are competely useless for any child under the age of 2 IMO. For the outrageous price I was expecting something of comparable quality to the high chair, but boy was I wrong!
The dinner tray is nice, though, and it lifts out easily and can be cleaned and pop back into place w/o taking the high chair tray completely off.
Good luck! :-)

I hate this thing! It is SO overpriced for that amount of money. As the other poster said, you'd expect a lot more from PP. The phone is unusable because the cord is so short. It doesn't stay on the high chair. It's just not that appealing to either of my children. I am also not fond of the Fascination Station- it slides off whatever it is suctioned onto. For the $20 you'd spend on the Activity Center, go buy 5 or 6 toys from Target. Sorry to be so harsh! Kristan

Thanks everyone for the good advice. I won't bother spending the extra money on the activity center. I'll just get some other toys. Any suggestions?
