Evenflo High Chair?

I received my high chairs for my twins at my shower last June. I got the Evenflo ones based on my cousin's recommendation (they loved theirs). Anyway, I finally decided that feeding them in the bouncy seat was killing my back so I got them from my mom's to set up. First one, no problem. Second one, took it out and the whole wheel base was shattered. I returned it to BRU but of course since it was from last year, they don't have the same one. So then I returned the other one also because I want them to match. The new Evenflo isn't in stock anywhere in the tri-state area.

So, now I'm thinking - is this high chair good? I read some reviews of the Baby Trend one and maybe it is better? I'm not going to fork over more than $100 for the chair so Peg Perego and Chicco Mama are out.

I want it to have wheels and be able to store the tray on the back legs. Anyone have any other recommendations? Thanks!
