Baby #2 is coming in May, and we just switched DD (20 mos) to a new room and a bed. Was wondering if anyone uses a monitor for each child (will obviously use one w/ the baby) and if so, if they interfere w/ each other..
thanks!

Ours interfere with each other if they are on at the same time. I generally use the baby's monitor at night and the toddler's monitor during her naps (so I can tell when she wakes up).

We also have to have the monitors set on different frequencies. In other words, they both have A and B channels. One is set to A and the other is set to B.

I haven't personally used more than one yet. But good friends of ours use 3 monitors. One for each child. I noticed that they have three different kinds which may be key to keeping them from interfering with each other. They probably just bought them each 2 years apart as each baby was born. They have let us borrow one while visiting and there was no problem with them all on at the same time. We just each carried our own receiver around.
