The value size (28 oz) is on sale at Target for 20.99. Not a bad deal. This size was located where the bulk items are located at my target not in the diaper/formula section. HTH!

They've had this value size for a couple of weeks now, and I'm hoping it continues for awhile. We'd like to stock up again when we run low!
