I bought these last week, although haven't used them yet, and meant to post. I remember reading about people's concerns for using their changing pads in some public places (like the pull-down changer in bathrooms). These disposable changing pads come 4 in a pack, and I forget how much they were, $2+, but seem worth it. Just wanted to mention it.

Another suggestion (and it's probably cheaper...though I haven't personally tried the Huggies pads) is to use a pad such as these:

http://www.cvs.com/CVSApp/cvs/gateway/detail?prodid=512509&previousURI=/CVSApp/cvs/gateway/search?page=1^Query=underpads^ActiveCat=65
They are "underpads" usually found in the depends, etc section of the drug store. This particular link is for a package of 18, 23" x 36" for $7.99.

I did see the Huggies product in Walgreen's a few weeks ago...I'm pretty it's pretty much the same product!
