Does anyone have this toy? What do think about it? The fact that's is Fisher Price, and has music is the one red flag!

Is there something I should know about Fisher Price?

It's just that I find the music on F-P toys really loud and obnoxious, and totally unendurable when I have a migraine. Just a personal thing! :)

Don't have it but just saw it at Target. It's at Target.com for 5 dollars less and has gotten mixed reviews

Hi,

We had it and I was so excited when we got it.I thought it was so cool but Bella had no interest in it. Not sure why - she loves her magnadoodle that we got her later. I would recommend the magnadoodle over this due to Bella' response.

At least in our world, if the art isn't messy, Sarah doesn't enjoy it nearly as much. She'll play with a MagnaDoodle for awhile, but not nearly as long as she'll color with crayons.

And I hear you on the FP noises, yikes!

I realized today that daycare has this toy - and none of kids is interested in it - which is telling, as is the fact that I'm there every day, and never noticed it until today.

And Sarah's right - being messy is a big part of the fun! I was looking at the mess-free option as a sop to DH.

LOL! We do lots of messy art at home. I just clean it up before he gets home. Sarah loves to play with shaving cream on the counter top. For some reason that freaks DH out, so we just don't tell him! :)
