Parents Around the Block toy and Parents Activity Walker

Anyone have these toys? Do you like them? I just noticed them on an email I got from target.com, and they look interesting. Seeking reviews and pros/cons for both!

There are several reviews on the Parents Activity Walker if you do a search. My nephew has the Parents Around the Block toy and LOVES it! It's his favorite toy. He loves the bead maze on top. And, it's a great height for pulling up. On the downside, it is wooden, with somewhat sharp corners and therefore not the best for falls when pulling up. Also, the magnetic wand/bead side is challenging to operate even for adults, so don't expect your little one to be able to operate it anytime soon. Since I don't see this toy everyday, that's about the extent of my review. My nephew really does adore this toy, though.
