Need replacement cushions for Chicco Mama highchair

I have a Chicco Mama highchair that I bought in 2002. I'm looking to replace the seat cushion. Anyone know where I might be able to find or order replacements?

I contacted Chicco directly by contacting their customer service dept. The phone number is: 1-877-424-4226. I spoke to Jennifer at ext. 234. She was helpful in finding me an inexpensive replacement cushion for my chair (my original had gotten nasty).
