Is there a way to make this wagon stationary when you want it to be? So if baby was trying to pull up on it, it wouldn't move?

I've seen a lot of people mention this toy, so hopefully someone can answer that. Thanks!

DH says there is a way to lock the wheels, but the problem is the weight is mostly on the rear axle so it would be prone to tipping (I've seen this happen with Jack.)
It's pretty sturdy on carpet, though.

Ours is also on carpet, but when I want it still, I just stick something kind of plush (like a cloth book) behind the wheel so it gets kind of stuck in place.

It is designed to not roll when baby is pulling up on it. It tilts back and there are brakes that stop it from rolling. Logan uses the handle to pull up on and it does not tip or roll away from her. (on a carpeted floor)
