kicking toys

Kylee has become quite the little kicker. I've seen multiple recommendations for the kick and drive, but I'm wondering if it's too late to buy this? Will it lose its appeal once she's able to sit? Are there any other good toys that might have a longer lifespan?Thanks!

We borrowed this toy and used it from about 3 mths until about 6 mths. At that point he was starting to crawl and preferred to do that rather than kick. Luckily, since we borrowed it, we didn't have to worry about cost. It was a lifesaver and a bundle of fun for DS for those 3 mths!
