I want to get a couple of soft toy boxes to stash all of DD's toys in. So far I'm only seeing two options: the Sassy version ( http://tinyurl.com/26s2c ) and the One Step Ahead version ( http://tinyurl.com/36rvf ).

They will eventually end up at Grandparent's houses, so I wanted something a little less obtrusive than the large bold pattern or bright pink or blue. Has anyone seen any other types of these?

TIA,

we have these from babystyle and they are great! i have 3 - one in the kitchen, one in the bedroom, and one in the playroom. they're great because they're portable.

I have several of these from The Container Store that I adore:

I have them in various sizes throughout the house.

I noticed recently that Bed Bath & Beyond is carrying a version of those now, but I didn't notice the price.

I have also seen soft sided toy boxes at both BRU/TRU and also Target. I "think" the BRU/TRU version is by FisherPrice.

beth, can you tell me if those collapse down or stand up by themselves? one of my gripes about the babystyle ones are that they don't "stand up" by themselves. the sides collapse down unless full of toys.

They definitely stand by themselves. I LOVE them! :)

We have some of the Rubbermaid plastic bags I bought at Target last year, kind of like a flexible laundry basket. They come in solid colors. They are perfect for carrying toys around. Jude yesterday was trying to figure out how to get himself into the bag with the toys. It was a sight to see!

I noticed on the show Clean Sweep they use these a lot.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but this is what we use:

They're fabulous!

Thanks for all the suggestions. I was really looking for something with a lid, because two of the three sets of grandparents have dogs that will get into the toys if they aren't "hidden". I had originally thought some pretty lined basket hampers would be good, but one of the dogs likes to chew baskets up too, so no luck there.

All of the suggestions here look great. I was just going to put in that I would recommend smaller boxes versus huge ones. Toys tend to get lost in the huge toy boxes and therefore never played with. Small bins or crates are much more accessible for little ones to use.

Just my two cents!

I know you were looking for soft-sided, but do you think the dog would chew one of those plastic storage bins with a lid? I have a ton of those in 18 or 22 gallon size and use several as toy boxes. My mom has a big one for the toys at her house. They are fairly inexpensive esp. after Christmas and during back to school time. It's not the most "designer" choice, but it does work well. HTH!

Saw a small soft sided one at Target yesterday in primary colors. It is in the new line of stuff near the hangers, baskets and plastic stuff for kids rooms. It seemed not as obnoxious as primary color stuff sometimes is!

I use the pop up basket with the zipper on it so it stays closed and looks like a cylinder. It holds a lot of toys!!! We have it in silver so it kind of blends with our decor in our living room.
