Julia threw up again last night (what is is these days?) Luckily, it was just the one time. However, her stuffed Pooh and Tigger got the brunt of it. I doused them in Totally Toddler spray, but they still reek. They cannot be put in the washing machine.

Any ideas? Please help. They are her favorites!

I wash ALL my stuffed animals, even ones that say do not wash. They are fine. Just wash on gentle and air dry.

Yep, I had to wash a stuffed Elmo that decided to use the potty (and landed in it). The fur was slightly less fluffy afterward but it felt the same and she didn't really notice.

DS had an episode in his crib and poor Pooh took it all. I put him in a pillow case and then tied a knot. He washed in the machine with the sheets and comforter. He came out nice and clean.

Thanks to all of you. I'll try the pillowcase in the washer idea. Great advice!

Melissa-Did you put Pooh in the dryer?

I believe Pooh went into the dryer but on the cycle that is only cold air. He then air dried for the rest of the time.

HTH!
