Ijust hung up with Kettler to ask them about their baskets...they asked if I could take a pciture of mine and email it to them for evidently they have "a new one" and "an older one" she didn't admit it but I would assume this is due to a design flaw...
If mine is an "older one" then they will replace PER RACHEL AT KETTLER

When you call have your trike number on you, it is evidently under the trike (where I don't know Steve got it for me) and it begins with "08......."....
