Hey Kettlerites....
I chatted a bit with Debbie last night, and she had a few more things to pass on to everyone:
First, please be sure to add the words like "Finalized Order" or "Complete Order" to your email subject and body if you send in any changes to your order. Debbie has had a few orders get changed already, and said that it has gotten a bit confusing wading through the emails! It wouldn't hurt to do the same even if you never change your mind and only need one email to do the job...
Second, she wanted to remind everyone how the receipts/warranty issue works. Since this price deal has to run under the radar, you won't get a receipt that details what the discount was--but you will get a credit card charge receipt. This will NOT affect the Kettler warranty, because Kettler handles all the warranty work themselves. The warranty is validated by the product ID number on the trike itself.
We also chatted a bit about all the other cool things Kettler sells...but that will take a whole 'nother post! Happy Shopping!
And last, if anyone (like me... :* ) is contacting Kettler directly to get info on products--don't mention our special deal! We don't want to spoil Debbie's relationship with her Kettler Rep.
