If you haven't gotten something to dye easter eggs with yet, and you're planning to, this kit is perfect!

Instead of using water and vinegar (the way I grew up!) you use just a few drops of dye in a set of plastic cups that come with the kit. You put the egg in the cup, and another cup on top as a lid. Then you just shake the egg until it's covered with dye. That's it! It doesn't break!

As a bonus step, you can add some glitter (which also comes in the kit) to the cup and shake again for glittery eggs. The colors are nice and dark. Plus, once you're done shaking the eggs, the shakers turn into 10 mini easter baskets that you can put eggs into.

Colin loved shaking the eggs and adding the glitter as well. You just have to make certain that the cups snap together all the way so the egg doesn't fall out when you're shaking.

The kit is called Dudley's Shake'n Dazzle. I found it at the grocery store for $4.99.
