Thank goodness I picked up my job working from home for I just spent WAY more than I ever dreamed I would spend on my child...
I swore my child would not be spoiled and I really wonder if I am walking down a dangerous path :)....
YOWSA YOWSA YOWSA...
and of course I am so hiding it from the dear hubby...he has no idea!!!! He got suspicious when I became obsessed with the sand box today...I think I mumbeled under my breath "sand toy only $74.99 and then on sale on top of that...."...
But Oh boy I did WAY more than that sand toy...
I keep thinking of the friends with kids who come to play (see saw0, the babysitter and her son who bless his heart helps push T while T is on his trike (so had to buy a new trike with a tandem)...:)...
I'm in trouble...this is what I got

EDITED FOR I JUST NOTICED THAT THE WEBSITE DOESN NOT SHOW THE ACTUAL PROCUT UNLESS YOU CLICK ON IT...IT DEFAULTS TO THE MAIN KETLER PAGE...

* Kettmaxx "sand box" toys three trucks I am interested in the first three
shown here (not the fourth one on here only the top three)

* Tipp Topp Kettler Wooden Chair. I want a chair...and want the "best"
Kettler one and this one appears to be it, if you think there is a better
one let me know and I will order that one, but this one does seem industrial
and similar to one made by simo that gets good reviews...

It's funny because a part of me is a shopaholic but another part of me hates shopping!!!!
Someone described it best on these boards that I "adventure shop"...but I can't tell you the last time I was in a "true" mall...
And I have never ever stepped into any kids clothing store like Gymboree, Hanna, Baby Gap (we do have an outlet near by so I have done that)...but it's toys I spend my money on not clothes and such...:)

But you are right it is the discount that drove me :)...

LOL, Neve - you are too funny! It sounds like you are getting ready to open a playground!! I hope Tristan enjoys his new toys - what a lucky boy!

You are too funny! I ordered the toys too and I don't even have a sandbox!!! I thought they would be fun at the beach or the local playground that has a big sandbox. I was going to get the tractor and trailer in place of either the power shovel or the front loader because I thought the latter were too similar. HMMMM I will revisit this. I still am debating wether or not to order a happy with parental control even though I have a combi that I got a great deal on when Zainey Brainey went out of business (I got it for 49.00). What do you all think??? Come on girls I'm looking for a little justification here!

for I have never seen a combi....
I betcha if you never see another Kettler you will be thrilled with your combi though...I honestly don't know to much about the other trikes for the first time I just bought the "nicest" one(judged by expense and possibly in error).

I know that is not an answer...but just trying to help you feel better about it if you decide to stay with you Combi...I am certain it is an EXCELLENT trike!!!!

Thanks for the reply. How old was your son when you put him on it for the first time. AJ is going to be 16mo old May 8th. Also, if you son was same age or younger was keeping him in a straight line when pushing with the pushbar (assuming you used one) a problem. My son's feet also don't reach the peddles (he's on the small side) and I'm not sure if this is too much of an issue. Any thoughts.

Thanks Again
