What sizes do you have and/or what size does your child(ren) prefer? I'm thinking about buying some to dye and wanted to know what sizes are FUN!!!

I'm going to give this a whirl and if the dyeing goes well I want to try to offer some on the BB home biz yahoo group.

Just wanted to let you know that Dharma Trading Co http://dharmatrading.com/ sells the silk scarves at a great price. The 44x44 (our fav) is 4.31. I dyed with Kool-aid and they turned out great.

The have all sizes, including a nice long one to make a rainbow scarf. Like the ones you see draped over playstands.

I just made two for my son. One is either 42x42 or 44x44. The other is a long skinny one (8x72ish) that I'm going to attach to a dowel rod. At the playgroup we go to, he loved the big ones. It seems like a lot of people go for the 36x36, but that seemed too small because he couldn't get under it. I got our blank silks from thaisilks.com. They are a bit cheaper than Dharma TC.

This is probably too late for you (I found it out just after Easter), but we used easter egg pellets to color them. Getting the pellets on sale makes dyeing very cheap. Good luck.
