Ket tler has stopped making the safety pads, Debbie is not certain if they are just designing them, or they are not being made any longer.
The company is sending her all that they have left...
From her calculations that will leave I think 13 people who ordered them without one. She is sending them "first orders...first to get" and felt that was the only way to do it, and I agree.
So for those 13 that will not get them she will send you a check for (I think she said) $6.50 to cover your order. She said that if she refunds the amount to your credit card they charge her, and I can see why she can't offer us such a deal if that is the case in the future for she already loses money in that if we charge them the card company gets a percentage, and then to do this will cause a loss as well...so you will get refunded via check.
If it helps matters...I do think I easily could live without this safety pad!!!!...again maybe they are redesigning them.
Sorry about this, atleast she is getting all that is left-that's the good news...
