Have you seen the Little Tikes Cozy Coupe Car in a Brick and Mortar store?

My mom wants to get this for Colin's birthday but the only one they have at TRU is pink and purple. The TRU guy said that the yellow and red one has been discontinued. That sounds crazy to me so I'm still on the look out for the more classic version (or really any color besides pink and purple!). Also, if you know of any websites that are offering the car with free shipping, that would work too! TIA!

I can't believe it's discontinued. That car is everywhere around the neighborhood, so it's obviously popular. I don't think I've ever seen a pink one. I do know that there's a similar one with a blue top. Maybe that's the change and TRU doesn't have the new one yet?

Anyway, here's a site with free shipping. It is blue/white and is the same body as the Cozy Coupe. It does have electronic sounds and is a bit more expensive.

I saw it at Target with the detactable parent pushbar for around $65. My Target had them up high on an end rack in toys.

Hi, that person probably had no idea what they're talking about. I just got one last month for my DS from a TRU. I even paid $10 for it to be assembled. (Highly recommended by many on Amazon.com review, lol) They probably meant the "original" red and yellow ones are discontinued.

Ours is called Cozy Coupe II, and it comes in pink and purple OR yellow, blue and red. The PPs are correct in saying that this thing is POPULAR. Both neighbors next to our house have one, our neighbor across the street has one as well. Partly why I had to get one: DS cried when he's not allowed to play the neighbors' Coupes.

Maybe call the TRU and ask for Cozy Coupe II in red, blue and yellow. Or try a different TRU. It looks like this:

'Discontinued' probably just means that those particular colors were discontinued. Maybe there's just some lag time before they have the new colors availabe???

BTW, I don't know if you're sold on the coupe, but we have the convertible and love it. Just mentioning that in case the convertible is readily available without ordering online.
