question about which monitor is best

The FP Sound and Lights? Or the Clear Connection Two Receiver Monitor by: Safety First. We got the FP one as a gift, but the static seems pretty severe. When we plugged in the used Saftey 1st one, it sounded much clearer...but we don't know if its any good? OH, and the FP one was new (off registry) and came w.out the manual and there was a battery in one of the receivers...so it was obviously used and returned.

I just replied to Rachel on the same subject. We've been very happy with our Sound & Lights monitor. The static has never bothered me-- I can hear the delicate sounds of DS rolling in his crib, or sighing, or whatevering very clearly!
