Debbie just called...
She is asking for addresses, phone numbers (though she hopes not to have to use them) on every email order form.
If you sent her an order (she has about 9) can you resend them...resend in full...same subject line...maybe if a resend put

please note resending due to address info being added...
She also said that she will let me know when to have folks start calling her with CC numbers!!!!
